Purchase of products

In-side-out.net utilises Paypal to ensure your payment details are kept secure. We currently only accept transactions in GBP Sterling. Once a payment has been received in-side-out and you will be sent a confirmation email from Paypal. Upon receipt of this email we will despatch your goods either the same or next day, please see delivery charges for more information (For further information on Paypal please visit www.paypal.com).

Product Availability

In the unlikely event that a product ordered is not in stock we will notify you upon receipt of your order and either offer a full refund, replacement item, or if you are happy to wait for the product to become available again, give you an approximate delivery date.

We endeavour to show only available products on www.in-side-out.net, however from time to time and due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control we may not be able to supply a particular item.

Acceptance

There will be no contract of any kind between you and www.in-side-out.net unless/until we actually despatch the goods to you. At the time the goods are despatched to you a contract will be made between you and us.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that the items received are not suitable you must inform us within seven days of receiving the goods. We regret that we are unable to exchange or refund any earrings. You can inform us either by email or in writing, quoting your Paypal reference number, to the address below.

When returning any items please send to the address above. In-side-out.net will be happy to make an exchange/refund provided the returned items are complete and in their original packaging. Please retain proof of postage.

You will be required to arrange and pay for the return, unless the item is found to be faulty. We cannot accept responsibility for loss of returned items in transit.
