Normally UK Standard Delivery is £1.95.

All items are sent via Royal Mail FIRST CLASS RECORDED DELIVERY (except overseas*). This means that you should receive your item/s on the next working day following processed order confirmation.

All items of Pilgrim Jewellery will receive FREE gift packaging.

Normally you will be charged for Postage/Packing on the first item of your order - any additional items purchased and sent at the same time are FREE from further Postage/Packing charges.

You can contact us for the Tracking Number for any item/s sent. Using the Track and Trace facility online at www.royalmail.com or at your local Post Office you can then check on the progress of your goods.

In the unlikely event of non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 15 days – at only that point can the Post Office officially declare the parcel as lost.

* Items ordered outside of the United Kingdom & Northern Ireland for delivery overseas may be subject to a further postal charge.
